Terms of Use

Agreement Between the User and Grow Our Region.

The Grow Our Region Website is offered to you under the terms and conditions set out in this document.  We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Web site following the posting of changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Online Purchases Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Self-Paced e-Learning, web delivery and webinars: Online subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellation Policy for conferences: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is provided in writing ( by email, fax or post) and received  ten (10) days prior to the event. An administration fee of $50.00 will be charged. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than ten(10 days prior to the event.

Links to Third Party Sites

The Grow Our Region site contains links to the Websites of other companies or organizations. These sites are not controlled by Grow Our Region and therefore Grow Our Region does not guarantee these sites in any way. These links are provided for your convenience only. You may use them or not, at your discretion.

No Illegal or Prohibited Use

It is understood that you will not use the Grow Our Region site in any way that is either against the law or the terms of use in this document. You may not damage or disable the site or interfere with other people's use of the site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Grow Our Region computer system, including any server used to host the Grow Our Region site.
