SEDA 's: Introduction to Community Economic Development for Western Canadian Provinces Module I, II, III, IV Now Available: Our Online Program delivery! Each year we strive to enhance the programs and services offered to our members. SEDA's mandate is to assist in building economic and community capacity in Saskatchewan. Online Education is one way we can achieve this. This program is an interactive learning experience for our Introductory Community Economic Development (CED) Modules.
